Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the NativaWeb website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

Services & Project Scope

NativaWeb offers services including Creative Design, Web Development, and Digital Growth. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for any project will be governed by a separate, formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between NativaWeb and the Client.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding client-provided materials), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NativaWeb and its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the content of this site without express written permission. Upon final payment for a project, intellectual property rights for the specific Deliverables (e.g., final website code, completed logos) will be transferred to the Client as defined in the corresponding SOW.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by NativaWeb. NativaWeb has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NativaWeb, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service.
